What file formats can I upload?

You can upload WAV, FLAC or MP3 files up to 500 MB. WAV or FLAC is recommended, because lossless files keep more detail for the mastering stage.

How long does mastering take?

Processing usually completes within minutes of confirmed payment, but heavy load can extend it. You receive an email as soon as your master is ready, and the status is always visible in your customer area.

Do I need WAV?

Accepted Answer

No. MP3 is accepted, but a 24-bit WAV or FLAC export of your final mix will always give the mastering stage more to work with.

Can I use the master on Spotify?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The delivered WAV file can be sent to Spotify, Apple Music, Bandcamp and other distributors, as long as you own or control the rights to the recording.

Can I use the master commercially?

Yes. You keep all rights to your music. There are no extra licence fees for commercial release.

Can I master an album?

Yes. Order each track separately so every song gets its own processing and its own downloadable master.

What happens if mastering fails?

The order is marked as failed and our team can re-run it without charging you again. If the track cannot be processed at all, you can request a refund.

Is my audio file secure?

Your upload is stored in private storage that is not publicly accessible, and downloads are delivered through secure, expiring links tied to your account.

Can I request a refund?

What is the difference between Smooth, Normal and Intense?

Smooth is a more restrained mastering approach, Normal is balanced for most releases, and Intense is a stronger, more aggressive approach suited to heavy music.
