Privacy Policy

Account data: your email address and, if provided, a display name.

Order data: artist name, track title, genre, selected service, mastering intensity, payment status and processing history.

Audio data: the file you upload and the master produced from it.

Payment data is processed by Stripe. We store only payment references and status, never your card details.

We use your data to process your order, deliver your master, send transactional emails about your order, provide customer support and meet accounting obligations.

We do not send promotional emails automatically and we do not sell your data.

Uploads and masters are stored in private storage that is not publicly accessible. Downloads are delivered through secure, expiring links tied to your account.

Access to order data is restricted so that customers can only see their own orders.

We use Stripe for payments, a cloud database and storage provider for account, order and file data, an audio mastering provider that processes your track, and an email provider for transactional messages.

Order records are retained as required for accounting purposes. Audio files are retained while your account is active so you can re-download your master, and can be deleted earlier on request.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may request that your uploaded audio be removed. Contact us from the email address associated with your account.
