Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Metal Madness Mastering, an online mastering service operated by Metal Madness Studios. By creating an account or placing an order you accept these terms.

We provide automated online audio mastering. You upload an audio file, select a service and mastering intensity, pay the listed price, and receive a mastered audio file.

Mastering is a finishing process. It cannot correct fundamental problems in a mix, and we do not guarantee any specific artistic or commercial outcome.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all orders placed through your account. You must provide a valid email address so we can deliver order notifications.

You may only upload audio that you own or that you have explicit written permission to have processed. You must not upload copyrighted material belonging to someone else without the necessary rights.

You keep all rights to your music. We claim no ownership of your uploads or of the resulting masters.

We may refuse or cancel an order if we have reason to believe the required rights are missing, or if the content is unlawful.

Prices are shown per track in EUR and are payable in advance through Stripe. Mastering begins only after our backend has received confirmation of a successful payment from Stripe.

A redirect to a success page in your browser is not proof of payment; only the payment confirmation received by our backend changes an order to paid.

Masters are delivered digitally through your customer area, with an email notification. Processing times are estimates and may vary.

If a technical failure prevents delivery, we will re-run the mastering job at no additional cost or refund the order as described in the Refund Policy.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
